Inconsistent water pressure during peak hours!!! Limited controls for privacy in certain rooms!!! Maintenance issues like a dripping toilet could make for a less peaceful night!!!

The air conditioning unit struggled to cool the room effectively, leaving it rather hot during the night. The WiFi was inconsistent, which was a pain when trying to get work done. Noise from outside on a Saturday night was a bit annoying, interrupting the peace I was hoping to find.

Great spacious room with air conditioning, flat-screen TV, and mini fridge. Super close to Mercato Centrale and lots of shops. The staff were really helpful and let us store our bags after check-out. Check-in was easy with key codes. Loved the good shower and toiletries provided!

Positive, I had a lovely stay in a spacious, clean room with a nice view of the city. The air conditioning was great for the hot summer! The staff were super cute and even let us store our luggage while we explored. Plus, I loved the breakfast vouchers for a local cafe.

clean and stylish rooms with exceptionally friendly staff. loved the convenient location just minutes from the train station and major attractions (no need for long walks! ). we appreciated the breakfast vouchers for local cafes, a true local experience!

great location with helpful staff
The location provided brilliant access to Florence, allowing us to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The staff were exceptionally helpful and resolved a minor issue quickly. Breakfast at a nearby cafe was delightful, with staff who were attentive and accommodating, especially regarding dietary allergies.
However, the breakfast options could be more varied.
